Kristie honors your time and energy, and she reserves your session especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows her time to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice including no-shows are charged the full session fee.
If an emergency or sudden illness arises, please reach out— Kristie understands that life happens, and will do her best to accommodate with grace and understanding.
